PSA Grading Reholder Bulk – Replace Your Old PSA Holder

Note: To proceed with this service, we require at least 10 Reholder cards in total. If we do not reach the minimum of 10 cards, we will wait for the next month’s deadline to collect the minimum number of cards.

With our PSA Grading Reholder Bulk service, you can easily replace your old or damaged PSA holders with new, fresh ones. This service is perfect for cards that are already graded by PSA but need a new holder due to scratches, wear, or aging. Please note that this is a holder replacement service only, and the card’s grade remains unchanged.

Suitable Cards for PSA Reholder Bulk

This service is only for cards that are already graded by PSA. Examples of cards that can benefit from this service:

  • Cards with damaged or scratched PSA holders
  • Cards with holders that have aged or are outdated and need to be replaced

Note: This service is not suitable for signed cards, booster packs, or cards graded by other companies. If you have signed cards, please choose our PSA Autograph Service instead.

How It Works:

  1. Place Your Order – After ordering, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your cards.
  2. Submission to PSA – We submit cards at the end of each month.
  3. Reholder & Return – PSA replaces the holder and ships your card back to you safely.

Important Information:

📌 Correct Name & Information – Cards must be sent under the same name you used when placing the order. Alternatively, include a note with your name and contact details to help us identify your cards.
📌 Delivery Responsibility – The customer is responsible for securely packaging the cards when sending them to us. We are not liable for damages caused by poor packaging.
📌 PSA’s Assessment – The card’s grade will not change with this service. PSA only replaces the holder. If you have special inquiries, feel free to contact us via your order or on Instagram @poketalkse.
📌 Return Shipping – The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which can be purchased at checkout. Free pick-up is available at our showrooms.
📌 Premium Cards – If you have premium cards requiring higher insurance values than offered on the website, please contact us. We’re happy to assist you!

Insurance & Value Management:

Your cards will be insured according to their condition at the time of the incident. If the card is ungraded at the time of damage, insurance applies to its current ungraded condition. It is important that you, as the customer, document the card’s condition in advance. Retaining any purchase receipts is also recommended until your card is returned. If the card is graded at the time of damage, the insurance will cover its graded value, up to $2,000, based on current market prices (e.g., from eBay or Cardmarket).

If a card exceeds the value limit for the Bulk service, PSA may apply an “upcharge”, meaning an extra fee to upgrade to a higher service level. The customer is responsible for paying this additional fee after the cards are graded. This also means that the card will receive higher insured value in the event of damage. We will contact you in this case.

Processing Time:

The current processing time for PSA Reholder Bulk is 45 business days according to PSA, but this may vary depending on their capacity. We are not responsible for delays at PSA. 45 business days is approximately 65 days including weekends. Additional time will be needed for shipping to and from the USA, where PSA is located, as well as time for us to ensure the quality of the holders, sort the cards, and ship them back to you.

We use PostNord's trackable services for deliveries. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout after you have provided your delivery address. The cost is based on the weight and size of the products you have added to your cart.

PostNord: MyPack Home Small 

Trackable eco-labeled delivery to your mailbox if it fits, otherwise collected from a service point. MyPack Home Small is delivered within 1-2 business days to the recipient's mailbox or service point. The shipment will be delivered to the recipient's door. Pickup is included. Remember to book the pickup of your shipment. You can also drop off your package at a business center or service point.

Delivery:

We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (weekdays excluding holidays). When your shipment is ready to be sent, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. Through the link in the delivery confirmation you are easily able to track your order. You can also discuss shipping directly through WhatsApp for any inquiries about your shipment!
