Our PSA Grading Express service is designed to meet the needs of collectors looking to grade cards valued up to $2,500. This service provides fast and professional handling of your valuable cards, with grading via PSA’s Express service.

Handling & Preparation – We prepare and submit your cards for grading
PSA Express Grading – For cards valued up to $2,500

Suitable Cards for PSA Grading Express

This service is ideal for collectible cards that:

  • Have a market value between $1,500 and $2,500
  • Are particularly rare or sought-after, including cards from premium sets, special editions, and classic collections

Note: This service is not suitable for signed cards or unopened booster packs. For these cards, we recommend our other tailored services.

How the Process Works:

  1. Place Your Order – After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with details on where to send your cards and other important information.
  2. Submission to PSA – We submit your cards to PSA at the end of each month. Your cards must reach us by the last day of the month.
  3. Grading & Return – PSA grades your cards and we securely return them to you. For updates, we recommend joining our Discord channel where we regularly inform you about the status of your cards – from submission to PSA to when your cards are graded and on their way back.

Important Information:

📌 Packaging Requirements – All cards must be sent in penny/soft sleeves and semi-rigids to ensure protection during transport and meet PSA’s requirements. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a handling fee to correct the packaging.
📌 Correct Name & Information – Cards must be sent in the same name as you provided during the order. If this is not possible, please include a note with your name and contact details so we can clearly identify your cards.
📌 Delivery Responsibility – Customers are responsible for ensuring the cards are securely packed when delivering to us. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging.
📌 PSA’s Grading Decision – We do not guarantee grades; PSA makes the final grading decision and only authentic cards are accepted. For questions about special cards or specific concerns, feel free to contact us via the order or on Instagram @poketalkse.
📌 Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which can be purchased at checkout. Pickup from our showrooms is free.

Insurance & Value Management:

Your cards are insured for their value at the time of any incident. If the card is ungraded when the issue occurs, the insurance will cover the ungraded condition. It’s important that you note the condition beforehand and document it in case of any damage. Retain any purchase receipts until your card is returned. If the card is graded when an issue occurs, the insurance will cover the graded value, up to $2,500, based on current market prices (such as eBay or Cardmarket).

If your card exceeds the value limit for the Bulk service, PSA may apply an upcharge, which means an additional fee to upgrade to a higher service level. The customer is responsible for paying this difference after the card is graded. This also means that a card with an upcharge will have a higher insured value. We will contact you in this case.

Processing Time:

PSA’s current processing time for PSA Express is 5 business days, but this can vary depending on their capacity. We are not responsible for delays at PSA. 10 business days equals about 14 days, including weekends. Additional time is needed for shipping to and from PSA in the USA. We also allow time to ensure the quality of the holders, sort the cards, and safely return them to you.

We use PostNord's trackable services for deliveries. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout after you have provided your delivery address. The cost is based on the weight and size of the products you have added to your cart.

PostNord: MyPack Home Small 

Trackable eco-labeled delivery to your mailbox if it fits, otherwise collected from a service point. MyPack Home Small is delivered within 1-2 business days to the recipient's mailbox or service point. The shipment will be delivered to the recipient's door. Pickup is included. Remember to book the pickup of your shipment. You can also drop off your package at a business center or service point.

Delivery:

We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (weekdays excluding holidays). When your shipment is ready to be sent, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. Through the link in the delivery confirmation you are easily able to track your order. You can also discuss shipping directly through WhatsApp for any inquiries about your shipment!

Hvordan prosessen fungerer:

For oppdateringer anbefaler vi at du blir med i Discord-kanalen vår, der vi regelmessig informerer deg om statusen til kortene dine – fra innsending til PSA til kortene er gradert og på vei tilbake.

📌 Returfrakt – Kundene er ansvarlige for returfraktkostnader, som kan kjøpes i kassen. Det er gratis å hente fra utstillingslokalene våre.

Forsikring og verdiforvaltning:

Kortene dine er forsikret for verdien på tidspunktet for en eventuell hendelse. Hvis kortet er ugradert når problemet oppstår, vil forsikringen dekke den ugraderte tilstanden. Det er viktig at du noterer tilstanden på forhånd og dokumenterer den i tilfelle det oppstår skader. Ta vare på eventuelle kjøpskvitteringer til du får kortet ditt tilbake. Hvis kortet er gradert når utstedelsen skjer, vil forsikringen dekke den graderte verdien, opptil 2500 dollar, basert på gjeldende markedspriser (for eksempel eBay eller Cardmarket).

Hvis kortet ditt overskrider beløpsgrensen for Bulk-tjenesten, kan PSA pålegge en tilleggsavgift, det vil si en ekstra avgift for å oppgradere til et høyere tjenestenivå. Kunden er ansvarlig for å betale denne differansen etter at kortet er gradert. Dette betyr også at et kort med en upcharge vil ha en høyere forsikringsverdi. Vi vil kontakte deg i så fall.

Behandlingstid:

PSAs nåværende behandlingstid for PSA Express er 5 virkedager, men dette kan variere avhengig av kapasiteten deres. Vi er ikke ansvarlige for forsinkelser hos PSA. 10 virkedager tilsvarer ca. 14 dager, inkludert helger. Det tar ekstra tid å sende til og fra PSA i USA. Vi bruker også tid på å kvalitetssikre holderne, sortere kortene og sende dem trygt tilbake til deg.
