Important Details about the Service:
📌 PSA Determines Grades – We do not guarantee grades – PSA is responsible for grading and assigning the grade. Only authentic cards are accepted, and if you have any questions regarding special or error cards, feel free to contact us before ordering.
📌 Proper Packaging Required – Cards must be sent in penny/soft sleeves and semi-rigids to ensure protection during transport and to meet PSA’s requirements. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in an additional packaging fee.
📌 Return Shipping – Customers are always responsible for return shipping costs, even if the order’s total value exceeds the free shipping limit.
📌 Correct Name and Information – It’s important that the cards are sent in the name provided during the order. If this isn’t possible, please attach a note with your name and contact details to help us identify your cards.
📌 Premium Cards – If you have premium cards that require higher insured values than what is listed on our website, please contact us. We are happy to assist!
How the Process Works:
- Place Your Order – After placing your order, you will receive an email with details on where to send your cards and other important information.
- Submission to PSA – Cards are submitted to PSA at the end of each month. Your cards must reach us by the last day of the month.
- Grading & Return – PSA grades your signed cards, and we safely return them to you. We recommend joining our Discord channel for regular updates on the status of your cards during the grading process, from submission to PSA to when the cards are graded and on their way back.
Insurance and Value Management:
Your cards are insured for their value at the time of any incident. If the card is ungraded at the time, insurance will cover the ungraded condition. It’s important for you to note the card’s condition in advance and document it in case of any issues. Keep any purchase receipts until the card is returned. If the card is graded when an issue occurs, the insurance will cover the graded value, up to $500, based on current market prices (such as eBay or Cardmarket).
If a card exceeds the value limit for the Bulk service, PSA may apply an upcharge, which means an additional fee to upgrade to a higher service level. The customer is responsible for paying this difference after the card is graded, and this also means the insured value for the card will be higher. We will contact you in this case.
Processing Time and Return:
PSA’s current processing time is 55 business days, but it can vary based on their capacity. We are not responsible for delays at PSA. Return shipping from us to you will be charged separately, and we will contact you when the cards are graded and ready for return. 55 business days equates to approximately 80 days including weekends.Questions?

Shipping:
We use PostNord's trackable services for deliveries. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout after you have provided your delivery address. The cost is based on the weight and size of the products you have added to your cart.
PostNord: MyPack Home Small
Trackable eco-labeled delivery to your mailbox if it fits, otherwise collected from a service point. MyPack Home Small is delivered within 1-2 business days to the recipient's mailbox or service point. The shipment will be delivered to the recipient's door. Pickup is included. Remember to book the pickup of your shipment. You can also drop off your package at a business center or service point.
Delivery:
We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (weekdays excluding holidays). When your shipment is ready to be sent, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. Through the link in the delivery confirmation you are easily able to track your order. You can also discuss shipping directly through WhatsApp for any inquiries about your shipment!
